Since I didn’t hit the perfect skin-gene lottery, I’m always fascinated to learn new skincare tips and tricks, specially homemade. And if you’ve personally met me, you know how much I love meeting new people and talking to strangers everywhere I go. I’m that person that will come up to you to compliment you on your outfit, hair, skin (or whatever catches my attention) and I’ll be sure to ask you for some tips. That’s how I learned these amazing skin care tips that I’m about to share with you. Now, it is important to note that results don’t develop overnight. It will require persistence in the form of a long-term routine.
Quick side note – everyone has different types of skins, from oily to dry , I would judge your own skin type prior to trying out these tips.
- Sunflower Facial Oil – as you unwind from a stressful workday, take your make up off and dab some organic sunflower oil in your skin avoiding the eye area. Leave for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water. You’ll notice an instant pretty glow
- Ice Water – who needs morning coffee when you can dunk your face in ice water for 10 seconds every morning? Talk about waking up on a Monday morning! I’ve seen this trick used in Korea, where women get ice facials to tighten
- Pancakes – SAY WHAT! Pancakes can help skincare? They sure can, but only if the ingredients include coconut flour, flax seeds, coconut flakes & blueberries for antioxidants
- Wheatgrass & Cayenne pepper shot – Every morning take a shot of it and you’ll notice the difference in your skin. Wheatgrass contains so many great vitamins and minerals, including A, B, C, E and K.
